Twills & Gabardines
All of Sapphire's strengths go into these weaves for bottom and outer wear like trousers, shorts, jackets. They’re our most-produced fabrics, and we make them efficiently and with the highest standards of quality control. Choose from plain canvas, 2/2 matt, cavalry or broken twills, herringbone, Bedford, cord, dobby -- and more -- in weights from 150 to more than 400 GSM.
Textures & Slubs
Give your fabric a premium look. We add that value to your clothes with our state-of-the-art spinning units and special loom extensions. For your casual trousers and shorts, cotton jackets and outerwear, choose from a range of slubs.
Stretch
Sapphire is your home for stretch fabrics because of our extensive experience and specialized machinery for optimum stretch results. You’ll find the best in comfort stretch for your men’s trousers and shorts, normal stretch for your women’s and children’s bottom and outer wear, and power stretch for your ladies’ jeggings. Sapphire’s stretch fabrics are our strength, and yours.
Performance Finishes
We have developed the expertise and installed the latest hardware to ensure you get the best in all our high-performance fabric finishing: Water-resistant finishes for your trousers, shorts and jackets. Stain-resistant finishes that repel mud and oil. Easy Care wrinkle-resistant finishes for non-iron fabrics. And permanent crease treatment for your formal trousers. Plus nano, Teflon and micro-encapsulation finishing!
Eco-Friendly Fabrics
Sapphire is proud of the care we take in protecting the environment in all our fabric production. When you want to go further, you can also choose from our GOTS-certified organic cotton and our BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) fabrics. You get the same Sapphire quality and value for your trousers, shorts, jackets, outerwear and shirts, with fibre that's the most environmentally friendly.
Blends
For fashion and function, Sapphire Finishing Mills has the know-how and equipment – and reliable high-quality sources -- to blend the best cotton with other natural fibres like cotton, linen or bamboo or with man-made fibres like Model, Tencel, Lyocel, Viscose or Polyester.
Mechanical Finishes
Give your fabrics shine and softness you want with Sapphire's array of mechanical finishes developed through years of experience using most modern machinary. We offer peaching, diamond emerizing, brushing, micro-sanding and have the ability to bring shine to your fabrics through the process of calendaring.
Colours
We offer you the facility to develop the colours of your choice suitable for every season through our state-of-the-art colour lab equipped with the latest tools handled by a dedicated team of professionals in Vat, Reactive, Pigment or Disperse dye stuff.
